Nick Lavery is a native of South Carolina and has lived and worked in Clemson for over twenty years. He has worked for the 13th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office (Greenville and Pickens Counties) and the 10th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office (Anderson and Oconee Counties). As an Assistant Solicitor, Nick prosecuted a wide range of cases from murders to drug charges to traffic offenses. He now works alongside David R. Wagner Jr., Of Counsel, bringing experienced, local legal representation to clients throughout the Upstate.
